These are your tasks:

You are responsible for order processing and purchasing
With your fresh approach, you answer phone calls and emails and provide information on orders
You process customer orders from the moment they are placed until the goods arrive
You place orders with international manufacturers
You keep an eye on inbound and outbound deliveries and coordinate them
You will become an important pillar of the team by taking on a wide range of administrative tasks
This includes, among other things, data entry in our merchandise management system
Your work with us will result in shorter waiting times at the checkout in the supermarket, less food waste, fewer transports to and from warehouses, real-time knowledge transfer across continents and you will make the day-to-day work of our customers' employees easier every day

What you bring with you:

You have completed commercial training (HAK, Hasch, HBLA, apprenticeship etc.)
You have some professional experience in purchasing, order processing and/or logistics
You are friendly, reliable, punctual and enjoy making phone calls
You are confident with MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
High customer orientation and interest in technical products and software
You have a conscientious and team-orientated working style and enjoy routine tasks
If you are interested in a part-time job, then working hours in the afternoon are suitable for you

Salary:
€ 35.000,- – € 49.000,- gross/year for full-time (38,5 h/W: Mon-Thu 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-12:30pm). In the case of part-time, an aliquot is paid. We will jointly determine an attractive actual salary based on your qualifications and experience.
