Purchasing and Order Processing Clerk (f/m/d) Part-time

Salzburg City

These are your tasks:

  • You are responsible for order processing and purchasing
    With your fresh approach, you answer phone calls and emails and provide information on orders
  • You process customer orders from the moment they are placed until the goods arrive
  • You place orders with international manufacturers
  • You keep an eye on inbound and outbound deliveries and coordinate them
  • You will become an important pillar of the team by taking on a wide range of administrative tasks
    This includes, among other things, data entry in our merchandise management system
  • Your work with us will result in shorter waiting times at the checkout in the supermarket, less food waste, fewer transports to and from warehouses, real-time knowledge transfer across continents and you will make the day-to-day work of our customers' employees easier every day

What you bring with you:

  • You have completed commercial training (HAK, Hasch, HBLA, apprenticeship etc.)
  • You have some professional experience in purchasing, order processing and/or logistics
  • You are friendly, reliable, punctual and enjoy making phone calls
  • You are confident with MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
    High customer orientation and interest in technical products and software
  • You have a conscientious and team-orientated working style and enjoy routine tasks
    If you are interested in a part-time job, then working hours in the afternoon are suitable for you

  • Salary:
    € 35.000,- – € 49.000,- gross/year for full-time (38,5 h/W: Mon-Thu 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-12:30pm). In the case of part-time, an aliquot is paid. We will jointly determine an attractive actual salary based on your qualifications and experience.
