Zebra ZQ500 Serie

The mobile label printers of the Zebra ZQ500 series are particularly resistant, neither a fall from a height of 2 metres nor dust or water can interrupt the operation. Thus, the ZQ500 printers convince with impressive print quality even in rough areas of application without any problems. A 2-year warranty and comprehensive software tools ensure long-term trouble-free operation.

In addition to label printing on paper and film, the ZQ511 and ZQ521 can also be used to write mobile UHF RFID tags for the first time. Another new feature is the processing of linerless labels. This not only eliminates the sometimes time-consuming handling of the liner, but also results in less waste and the linerless rolls contain more labels with the same volume.

Thanks to the powerful processor and large memory, all print jobs are processed very quickly. 802.11ac Wi-Fi with Fast Roaming and Bluetooth Low Energy provide uninterrupted data connectivity. The intelligent battery management of the ZQ500 series specifically minimises energy consumption, among other things with an automatic sleep mode. As soon as a print job arrives via WLAN or Bluetooth, the label printer is activated without delay.

The label printers of the ZQ500 series have large buttons, an easy-to-read display and very intuitive controls so that they can be operated even at -20°C with gloves on.
