Elegant design and individually configurable lighting make the Datalogic Heron an eye-catcher at the point of sale. In addition, the barcode scanner convinces with optimal scanning properties.

In glossy black with a carbon look or elegant white and silver, the Datalogic Heron fits into any environment. On the holder, which is available as an accessory, the device is always within reach and automatically switches from presentation mode to handheld mode. The Datalogic Heron is unique in the way it can be set up: the side lighting can shine in different colours and the polyphonic speaker plays individual tones and melodies.

1D and 2D barcodes are also quickly captured from plastic cards and mobile phone displays. The white illumination and highly visible 4-dot viewfinder make scanning easy, for fast payment transactions and satisfied customers. Further optimising user convenience is the innovative Green Spot, which indicates successful scans directly on the code.
